It is the goal of the ESN Quality Assurance Division (ESN-QAD) to provide service that instills in your client staff the highest standards of Courtesy, Professionalism, and Responsibility to task.


ESN-QAD recognizes that quality customer service is essential to the success of any business. ESN-QAD carries out third party assessments focusing on our staff's thorough technical expertise in the field of Physical Security. We follow a non-bureaucratic process coupled with innovative techniques that serve as vehicles for client's contractor management system improvements. The ESN-QAD philosophy of success is to maintain core values based on credibility, value added professionalism, integrity, communication, and to provide a challenging and rewarding work environment for all client staff.

Audit Team

ESN-QAD approach is a thorough, performance-based, focus on client systems; we do not force unnecessary controls onto your processes. ESN-QAD conducts audits using client policies and procedures as a base-line to verify the implementation and efficacy of both. We can be extremely flexible in meeting any client timetable, and have developed a process that is proven, expedient, and efficient.

The mission of the ESN-QAD Audit Team is to improve the quality of contract specification implementation in the field. In order to achieve that end, the QAD Activity:


  • Works on ensuring a thorough understanding of the specifications themselves.

  • Promotes the development of good validators, test tools and harnesses for implementers and end users.

  • Thinks ahead in terms of what additional steps could be taken to achieve QA goals more efficiently, including inspection, education, and communication.
