The primary goal of the Excelsior Services Network - Security Training (ESN-SecTrng) is to provide high caliber security training that is both affordable and accessible.
With a locally addressed (Suitland, MD) classroom, fully outfitted with modern media presentation apparatus, or use of client provided on-site training space, ESN SEC TRNG can provide training services when and where it works best for client staff. Scheduling of classes is specifically tailored to your needs and can be primarily nights and weekends to minimize impacting site service Operational schedules.

Who have we provided service to? Commercial businesses and Government agencies on the east and west coast, serviced by Contract Guards assigned to Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms; Environmental Protection Agency; U.S. Border Patrol; U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service; and the National Academy of Science.
ESN-SecTrng is available with highly professional and motivated instructors to train your personnel. Certified NRA Law Enforcement/Security Firearms Instructors are State licensed to train Armed/Unarmed security personnel in Maryland, Washington, DC., and Virginia.
American Red Cross certified instructors are available to provide training in CPR (with AED) and First Aid/Workplace Safety Instructors.
Qualified Expandable Baton Instructors.
Certified Instructors in Magnetometer Usage (metal detectors) Stand Alone / Hand Held.

We provide services to insurance companies, law firms, and collection agencies. We are reliable, professional and discrete in gathering the information that is pertinent to our clients' needs. Our efficient methods of obtaining this information provide superior service to our clients at a very competitive price. We offer a wide variety of services, including, but not limited to, skip trace investigations, asset search investigations, surveillance investigations, and process service. It is the goal of the ESN Quality Assurance Division (ESN-QAD) to provide service that instills in your client staff the highest standards of Courtesy, Professionalism, and Responsibility to task.

ESN-QAD carries out third party assessments focusing on our staff's thorough technical expertise in the field of Physical Security. We follow a non-bureaucratic process coupled with innovative techniques that serve as vehicles for the client's contractor management system improvements. Audit Team
ESN-QAD approach is a thorough, performance-based, focus on client systems; we do not force unnecessary controls onto your processes. ESN-QAD conducts audits using client policies and procedures as a base-line to verify the implementation and efficacy of both. We can be extremely flexible in meeting any client timetable and have developed a process that is proven, expedient, and efficient.
The mission of the ESN-QAD Audit Team is to improve the quality of contract specification implementation in the field. In order to achieve that end, the QAD Activity:

Consultation Services
Excelsior Services Network offers the business community a broad range of security consulting services designed to protect your enterprise from losses, regardless of the size of the business. These losses are estimated to cost U.S. businesses millions of dollars each year.
The initial step of the consultation process is a thorough survey of potential risks. No security plan or program can be effective unless it is based upon a clear understanding of the actual risks it is designed to control. Specific areas of the business operation are scrutinized including; perimeter and facility security, cash handling procedures, proprietary information, emergency procedures, and contingency planning. A comprehensive written report is provided identifying the risks and vulnerabilities of your business. This analysis results in the development of specific countermeasures and corrective recommendations to reduce or eliminate the risks.
Excelsior is also available to assist in developing cost estimates related to the implementation of recommended security and risk prevention enhancements to the business operation. We complete the security consultation process by offering the client full service from the selection of necessary security service providers, the implementation of the selected enhancements, and the final implementation of selected recommendations.
